When you buy UGC from us, you receive commercial usage rights subject to these terms. You must protect our creators and follow all usage restrictions, including the prohibition on AI editing, transformation, generation, and training below.

Commercial use, subject to these terms

After payment, you receive non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual rights to use the purchased videos and images for your brand across paid and organic channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, email, and ads), subject to these terms. Conventional, non-AI editing, such as manual cuts, cropping, captions, and color adjustments, is permitted only if it complies with all other restrictions. No purchase, subscription, download, or commercial license grants permission for AI use.

Prohibited uses

To protect our creators, you may not use the content for:

NSFW or adult content
Casinos, gambling, betting, or similar promotions
Anything that harms or misrepresents the creator's reputation
AI editing, transformation, enhancement, generation, training, or fine-tuning of any kind, as detailed below
Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing the raw files with third parties

No AI editing, transformation, or generation

This restriction covers all videos, images, photographs, B-roll, package assets, and custom creator deliverables made available through DansUGC, including previews, free and paid content, raw files, and any frames, stills, screenshots, crops, excerpts, or copies of that content (collectively, "Content").

You must not upload, submit, import, or otherwise provide Content to any AI tool, model, service, or AI-powered feature, or use Content as an input, prompt attachment, reference, or source material for AI processing. This applies to both online services and locally run tools. In particular, you must not use AI to:

Change emotions, facial expressions, smiles, gaze, or the apparent mood of a person.
Change, replace, add, or remove clothes, outfits, accessories, makeup, or hairstyles.
Retouch, repair, restore, enhance, upscale, sharpen, denoise, or otherwise "fix" images or videos, even for minor corrections.
Alter faces, bodies, skin, poses, movements, backgrounds, objects, or products, including through face swaps, background removal, generative fill, inpainting, or outpainting.
Generate new images, videos, variations, avatars, or other synthetic content based on or derived from Content, including using a video frame or image as a visual reference.
Train, fine-tune, or build AI models, datasets, or systems using Content or a creator's likeness from Content.

These examples are not exhaustive: all AI editing, transformation, and generation using Content is prohibited. The prohibition applies even if the result is for private or internal use, is never published, or the AI provider promises not to retain the Content or use it for training. You must not ask or permit an employee, agency, contractor, or other third party acting on your behalf to do any of the above. Non-AI editing rights do not create an exception to this prohibition.

Penalties for violations

Breaching any prohibited use (NSFW, gambling, prohibited AI use including editing, transformation, generation, or training, reputational harm, or reselling) results in an immediate fine of $50,000 USD per violation, termination of the license, and potential legal action to protect our creators.

Delivery & revisions

Videos are shot by real humans; delivery times are estimates.
Minor revisions offered if the brief is not met.
Refunds only if we cannot deliver; otherwise handled case-by-case.

Ownership & license

You get a non-exclusive, perpetual license after payment, subject to all usage restrictions above, including the prohibition on AI use.
Creators keep their likeness rights; protect their reputation.
We may revoke rights for prohibited uses or unpaid invoices.

Full-time creator hires

When you hire a creator full-time through DansUGC, the engagement is a subscription between your brand and DansUGC. The creator works with you exclusively through our platform.

You receive up to 60 custom UGC videos per month from your dedicated creator, plus a direct chat for briefs and feedback.
The posting add-on covers posting on a new account created for your brand, not on the creator's existing accounts.
Every match is subject to the creator's approval of your brand and product. If the creator declines, we match you with another creator or refund you in full.
Monthly plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. 3-month plans are billed upfront per quarter and are non-refundable once the creator has accepted the match.
All briefs, deliverables, and payments for a full-time engagement must go through DansUGC.

Non-circumvention & creator buyout

Our creators are the core of DansUGC and every introduction we make is our work product. If you hire, contract, or otherwise engage a creator you met through DansUGC directly, outside the platform and without our written consent, you agree to pay a creator buyout fee of $30,000 USD per creator. This applies to any form of direct engagement, including one-off contracts, retainers, employment, or payment routed through third parties. We also reserve the right to terminate your account and pursue legal action.
